Meet the Doctor

Dr. Stephen Wilks grew up near Lexington, KY and later moved to Dyersburg, TN.  Upon graduation from high school, he attended Union University where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a double-major in Management/Marketing and Psychology. He enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO in May of 1997 and graduated with a B.S. degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in August 2000.

He is married with three children and enjoys spending time with them and also exercising and playing golf.  Dr. Wilks is active in his church and enjoys mentoring young people and other community-minded activities.

A Personal Note from
Dr. Wilks

Let me begin by thanking you for taking the time to learn more about our office. Over the past almost 20 years, I have been blessed to help thousands of people get out of pain and return to their normal healthy lives.  Chiropractic care works by simply restoring the body's structure back to the way it was intended to be.  Usually that involves a combination of working on both the joints and the related muscles.  I have had tremendous success in helping people with the following symptoms:
